"Balade en France" - the largest French food & beverage event in Saigon took place at Hotel Equatorial on Friday the 21st and Saturday 22nd of October 2011. A culinary and gustatory walk through six French regions.

Wine importers and major French restaurants in HCMC are joining forces to offer the best local recipes that come perfectly with white, red or rosé wines. Brittany, Alsace, Loire, Rhône, Provence, Languedoc, Southwest and Bordeaux will be honored throughout the event. From Choucroute, to cheese, via crêpes and vanilla chicken,there were other activities like dance to the rhythm of Bigot Swing. Pétanque game, lucky draws and animations for the children by the NGO "Poussières de Vie".

In this event, the premium shop Annam Gourmet Market was honored to attend with traditional French food, which are salty and sweety French crepe. With ingredients are well-known French products which are imported exclusively by Annam Group like Bonne Maman, Nutella, and under the skillful hands of our chef and staffs, tempting and delicous crepes were made seducing anyone who passed by our booth.
